/* packages/client/public/fonts/cairo.css
 *
 * Cairo, served from here rather than from Google Fonts.
 *
 * ── Why this is not a preference ─────────────────────────────────────────────
 *
 * Receipts are a local-first path: `useReceiptPrinter` prints straight from
 * the till with no server round trip, because a sale can be rung up with no
 * internet at all. A till that cold-boots offline and loads its font from a
 * CDN does not have that font — and `render.ts` has always caught the failure
 * and drawn in a fallback face rather than refusing to print.
 *
 * That was a cosmetic bug while the layout was hardcoded. With a designer on
 * top it is structural: the measurer decides where every line breaks, a
 * different face measures differently, so the ticket is laid out for a font it
 * is not set in. Bands come out the wrong height and the paper stops matching
 * what the owner drew.
 *
 * ── One file per subset, not per weight ──────────────────────────────────────
 *
 * Cairo is a variable font. Google serves the same bytes for 400, 600 and 700
 * of a given subset — verified by hash — so each face below declares a weight
 * *range* and the browser interpolates. Three files, about 80KB in total,
 * against nine.
